Responsible for transactions with guests, including but not limited to: check cashing, debit/credit card cash advances, exchange of foreign currency, chip redemption and exchanges, cash/issue vouchers, pay out jackpots and promotional winnings, and prepare tax forms (W-2G and 1042-S).Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.Responsible for safeguarding company assets and adhering to all Casino and Cage policies and procedures.
Accurately processes transactions for internal and external guests while maintaining a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude throughout each transaction.
